A1 Junk Removal & Demolition (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides junk removal and demolition services to customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). We agree to collect, transport, and dispose of or recycle your waste materials in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Cancellation policies may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service date. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
3. Access and Equipment Use
You represent that you have the right to permit our entry to retrieve materials. You assume responsibility for any damage resulting from our entry onto the designated areas.You shall not misuse any equipment we provide. You are liable for loss or damage to our equipment.
4. Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited and should not be included in the waste materials. Please refer to our list of prohibited items for more information.
5. Payment
You agree to pay for services rendered within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may be subject to additional charges.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A1 Junk Removal & Demolition from any liabilities resulting from the inclusion of prohibited items in the waste materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
A1 Junk Removal & Demolition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
